Join us again for the eighth annual Miles for Marion 5K it will be held Saturday, October 22nd, 2022. The 5K will begin at 9 a.m. Participants will run/walk 3.2 miles through the Marion Community.

The 5K will be managed and timed by Speedy Sneakers Racing. The event will be advertised through social media, popular racing websites, and promotional flyers throughout the community. The purpose of the 5K is to host a family friendly activity for the entire Marion community, while raising funds to support Downtown Marion, Inc. which is a 501(c)3 organization focused on the revitalization of downtown Marion as a central hub of our community, working to restore it to its former state of functionality, accessibility, and profitability.
