Downtown Marion was alive with holiday spirit this past weekend as the 2nd Annual Downtown Marion Christmas Market brought together local vendors, festive cheer, and community spirit in a big way! Held alongside the beloved Lighted Truck Christmas Parade and the Christmas Tree Lighting, this event has quickly become a must-visit holiday tradition.
Shopping Small in a Big Way
The Christmas Market offered shoppers the perfect opportunity to check off their holiday gift lists while supporting local businesses. Vendors lined The Brickyard, selling everything from handcrafted decorations and clothing to baked goods and festive treats. The timing couldn’t have been better, as the market coincided with Small Business Saturday—a day dedicated to shopping locally and supporting the backbone of our community. To add to the excitement, the Ohio State vs. Michigan game was broadcasted live, ensuring that sports fans didn’t miss a second of the action while they shopped. Meanwhile, Clarissa was behind the bar, serving up DORA drinks, making the experience all the more enjoyable for attendees looking to sip and shop their way through the market.
